We reserve us the right to change the contents of terms and conditions and any typos that might occur on this website. All prices and availability will be updated regularly but stock/supply might not always be correct.

Please note that colors, shades and textures might appear different in photos than in real life. Our artwork is carefully photographed and we try to show our artwork as true to the originals as possible, but depending on what contrast, color settings and brightness you may have on your screen the photographs can vary from the original painting. If you wish to see more photos of a particular painting or if you have any questions, please contact us at info@raud.se and we will help you in any way that we can.


Regarding Japanese prints, their condition can vary greatly with everything from beautiful colours and good details to stains, wear, wormholes and some soiling. Please see photos.

Keep in mind the shipping price also covers handling fees, packaging materials & time, not just postage.


It is very important for us that you feel completely safe when purchasing products or contacting us at Raud Art. Therefore we handle all sensitive information, such as personal information etc, according to current GDPR regulations.

PAYMENT METHODS & TERMS OF PURCHASE

Prices:

All prices are including VAT, excluding shipping.


Payment:

All products are priced in SEk. 10 SEK is about 1 Euro or 1 dollar. For an updated exchange rate, please use a currency converter.

Are prices including VAT?

The prices quoted on RaudArt include 25% VAT. Swedish companies can book art purchases for less than SEK 10,000 as consumables, so it is possible to deduct VAT on smaller art purchases.

Payment is made via prepayment:

RaudArt applies prepay, that is, the package is delivered as soon as payment is noted in RaudArt's bank giro account.

After purchase you will receive an e-mail confirming your purchase and a receipt.

For unclaimed shipments, RaudArt charges SEK 275 as compensation for shipping and costs.

All purchases must be made by persons over the age of 18, or with the consent of the plaintiff.

  

Customs and other charges:

Buyers outside the EU have to pay customs duties themselves. RaudArt does not pay any customs and handling fees on international freight. Customs handling to countries outside the EU can drag on over time, which is something RaudArt cannot take responsibility for.

The works are packed well and travel safely!

Order confirmation and feedback:

When you have placed your order, we will send you an order confirmation to your email address. Our goal is as short a delivery time as possible, but during holiday times the delivery time can be longer. After this feedback we post the delivery.

SHIPPING & PACKAGING

Keep in mind the shipping price also covers handling fees, packaging materials & time, not just postage.


Delivery time:

Our goal is to have as short delivery times as possible. However, during the winter and summer holidays the delivery time may be longer. We confirm all orders via email.


Packaging & Shipping:

For safe transport we package well. We find packaging solutions that are safe. So far, we have not received any complaints due to damage during transport. For transport we usually use PostNord, and the cost depends on the size of the item. In Sweden it cost 10-25 Euro depending on size.

Shipping within the EU as well as to Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Canada and the US costs between SEK 200 and SEK 500 depending on the size of the works. Contact us for shipping rates.

Shipments sent outside the EU must have a customs declaration.

-Pick-up RaudArt (free): You can choose to pick up the artwork yourself at Flugstigen 10a, in Älvsjö (in Stockholm) at no extra cost. According to the agreement. Please contact us.

Shipping larger artworks:

Larger paintings, contact us for price information regarding shipping.

We offer world wide shipping to your home/office adress. The price for shipping larger artworks is usually between 100-400€ but varies depending on what country and state you live in. If you wish to know the exact price for shipping, please contact us at info@raud.se and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

Antique or vintage Japanese items that we offer have age and wear, this wear due to age may include breaks, repairs, repainting, or restoration, we try to call this damage as well as possible but please refer to the photography for a full description.


Right of return and return:

Full right of return applies within two weeks from the date you as the customer received the delivery. You must contact us by e-mail, letter or by telephone and inform us what you want to return. The return postage is paid by you as a customer. We do not accept returns for postage or collection.

Returned work must be in undamaged condition and returned in original packaging or equivalent packaging within 14 days. The message must contain name, address and information on bank giro plus giro or bank account number. The full purchase price is refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after your return has been received by us at RaudArt.


Please note that we do not pay for any additional fees (such as packaging materials and shipping costs etc) and that you are responsible for delivering the package back to us in a secure way. As soon as we have cleared that the product/products are in perfect condition we will transfer you money back as soon as possible.

Complaints:

If the work is damaged upon delivery, we want you to make a complaint as soon as possible via e-mail info@raud.se or by phone +46 709451724 to RaudArt, but no later than fourteen (14) days from receipt. Returns may only be made after a complaint has been made. Returns may not be made against postal payments.

A complaint message should contain the following information

1. Title or name and price of goods advertised

2. Customer's name and address information

3. Photos of the damaged item.

4. Enter your bank and bank account number (or in Sweden: plusgiro-, bankgiro- or bankkontonummer).
